Plans are billed monthly in advance at the rate shown and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by calling 718-600-9309 or emailing kkmironworksinc@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and fees already paid are not refunded.
Prices are per property and do not include applicable sales tax. Coverage limits for each plan are listed in the table above. Work beyond those limits is quoted separately before it is carried out. Replacement parts and materials are billed separately unless a plan states otherwise.
Response times are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, site access, parts availability and holidays.
These plans provide scheduled maintenance and minor repair as described above. They are not an insurance policy, a warranty, or a guarantee against damage, theft, vandalism, or against violations being issued. Plans are available within our stated service area only.
The free estimate and the 15% introductory discount apply to the first month of a new plan and cannot be combined with other offers.
